This is a legitimate file if you use Tracker software for PDF files. Although it takes up only about 1.5mb of RAM when not in use, if you are not actively using PDF software to read/edit/create a document, the process can be safely ended using Task Manager or similar application if you wish. [Most users should have no reason to do so, however.] It will reload when you reactivate your Tracker software.

UPDATE/CLARIFICATION: pdfSaver5L.exe activates when you "print" to a PDF file using Tracker's driver, NOT when you save a PDF document from within a Tracker product. You should only have this process in memory if you have installed and used the Tracker printer driver since rebooting your device.
