Trying to revive my Toshiba (Vista SP2), I used Panda Cloud Cleaner, which found an unknown file, pnpui.dll, also known as pdm.dll earlier on. Being that Panda had also found 5 Trojans,(CryptoWall.A; CLA; Genetic.gen; THUMA; System Hijack), I decided to let Panda eliminate it too. I hope it was okay to do so. -- Pat
