I recently had this occur on my system, getting this among other Blue Screen Errors, which brought me here, which didn't help. My computer crashed and kept giving me the blue screen of death. It SEEMED as if the hard drive was failing, SSD. But I put in my backup ssd from last month (still doing it old school with disc copy software) It reported the exact same series of errors, blue screen, etc. but it was a month older! So I knew it could not be the SSD. Turns out my VR headset caused a corruption of the RAM size. (I saw others posting similar issues after setting up VR headsets in Windows 10) I use an Asus mother board that has a memory check/reset button. I pressed it and restarted the computer and BOTH drives properly boot now. I hope this helps others.
