Playstv is a video recorder for the gaming community Raptr - it comes through an update in either Raptr Intel or AMD Gaming Evolved.
it is NOT MALWARE/SPYWARE!

@Kristian: Yeah, I agree that playstv.exe does not look like malware. AegisLab did previously detect playstv.exe as "DangerousObject.Multi.Gen.m1dm", but not anymore.
