you should not remove this file this is a safe file and a system file if you remove this file, some programs on your pc might stop working (including that web browser/browsers).

this file comes with ms edge (microsoft edge (pre-installed on windows)) and if deleted all the apps installed/downloaded from ms edge will stop working and maybe the browser too.
so delete at your own risk.but i will say you should not delete it.

To fix this annoying error, Force uninstall Microsoft Edge and and reinstall it. That's it, this will fix or replace the pwahelper.exe File.
