Having just researched this 'mystery service' I can inform you that pwdspio.sys (11,104bytes) and it's sibling pwdrvio.sys (16,472 bytes) are service modules associated with the MiniTool Partion Wizard product. They are initiated by the execuatable pwnative.exe (725,064 bytes). And are signed with a GlobalSign certificate issued to "MT SOLUTION LTD".
They are referenced in the registry under HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services and HKEY_USERS\...etc...\Root\LEGACY_PWDSPIO\0000
However, although these run as services, they are masked from the Windows API probably because they are involved with low level disc and partion management. As a consequence, they may be reported as 'suspicious services' by astute anti-malware programs.
