This is usually used part of a backdoor using RDP. If you have this you have probably been accessed maliciously so beware. SEarch for keyloggers manually, and check your remote desktop connection logs.

RDPWrap is available on git and you can use it to gain Remote desktop on you 'non-pro' windows.
Obviously this can be used by hackers to open a backdoor on your pc.
The questions are: what if I install it for a personal use? Doesn't it have some backdoors I would not be aware of that would make a breach on my computer? (made by the developer of the soft himself)

This is riskware. 24 out of 66 AV detection engines on VirusTotal have detected it. It is a tool that can be used to gain remote access to computers. (RDP stands for Remote Desktop Protocol).
