My Malwarebytes Premium is constantly showing it has blocked entry to picpushes.com. I have looked everyware to delete this item but cannot find where it is. The only other possibility is a listed savapi 1234 which windows has put a warning tag on. I am 81 years old and not a computer boffin. I would appreciate any help
