The scpVista.exe application is part of Bank security system. It´s installed when one access for the first time the Bank's homepage, thereafter he logged in. To continue to browse the installation of that plug-in is a MUST. That is a Brazilian bank called Banco Bradesco SA. The bank is also the owner of the program developer enterprise, i.e. Scopus Tecnologia Ltda. That application is indispensable for the correct browsing in that site. For this reason it CAN'T be removed. Hope this helps.
