Pretty obviously a screen capture software, and I think Intel(R) Rapid Start Technology is likely 'vulnerable' and finding scrncap.exe running when you didn't start it is a b***dy good reason to be paranoid.

I did find this running, I used autoruns to disable every piece of intel trash I could find, except: EvtEng and zeroconfigservice because they might be needed for wireless to run. I also left everything in system32\drivers running because I like windows to boot and removing those would be very risky. Disabling it all had no negative effect and windows booted a lot faster.

Various scans came up clean* but that doesn't mean that that intel trash hasn't been backdoored, if it is backdoored then nothing would show up in scans and this software could potentially be used for nefarious purposes.

This requires further investigation.

*The autoruns/virustotal tie-in is ****ing AWESOME 5-STAR thumbs up.
