sys64_nov.exe is a trojan horse and it is placed in System32 folder. It is accompanied with servises.exe files which is probably part of the same trojan program. I tried to remove it using several tools but failed coz it showed up again and again. Spyboot removed it partialy and requested for reboot to clean files from operating memory. ESET NOD32 and SpyHunter can't even recognize it. It has a script to renew it on startup. I deleted manually registry files with regedit and with HijackThis but it showed up again and again. If somebody has an effective tool or way to remove it, please send me e-mail

Today I ran into sys64_nov.exe. It was installed after running a faked Flash Player upgrade, pushed from a site with pornographic material.

Here's the Freefixer log from the infected machine, which contains lots of malware items. To remove sys64_nov.exe, and the other malware files, I checked the items marked with (*).
