I removed PC Tools from my computer and am now getting system crashes and blue screens of death caused by TfFsMon.sys trying to load and not being present. Any idea on how to stop this?

Yes,

To solve a problem loading the driver (event id 7026) on TfFsMon and TFSysMon
you should delete those keys from HKLM-system-currencontrolset001-services.
