IO-bit Malware Fighter flagged this as a trojan, although as yet I have not been able to delete it. Even when I stop Explorer and force delete from the command line I cannot delete it. I have used the free-ware program RegScanner in the past and it is an efficient, thorough, and effective way to delete registry keys that are linked to malware and trojans. If you can't delete a key it allows you to enter the keys into a file that is then deleted when you boot but before Windows starts. I haven't yet tried it with this file.
