I have used 'UltraSurf' on multiple PC's for the last few years. Have scanned it with 'Malwarebytes_Real-Time' paid version, 'McAfee LiveSafe' and yes uploaded it to Virustotal, Viruscan and Jotti's of course. My downloads get scanned and quarantined if necessary by my own security. But regardless I upload the majority to the above mentioned sites to check them out. "Clam Anti-Virus" has been notorious for over the years for reporting 'False-Positives' and making people panic. I don't subscribe to them nor will I let them worry me.
I run a closed network with top notch security programs and have never run into any problems while using 'UltraSurf'.
