TwinSSoft is an internet marketing company so I suspect it collects information for it's marketing clients to optimize ads displayed on the web to be more likely to apply to you and make more money for advertisers.
I'm going to remove it and see if it breaks anything or speeds up my browser which has been slower of late in loading pages - perhaps waiting on their servers to tell them which ads to show??
