I still don't know what winclient32.exe does but it started to appear when I downloaded some Flash Update and other software on the intenet, which turned out to be malwares. I used 6 different anti-malware or anti-virus softwares to remove all the malware but this winclient32.exe still persisted. I did find that this program grew tremendously in size (about 2GBs of RAM after) when I browsed the web on IE browser for 1 hr and slowed down my system.
So I decided to remove it using FreeFixer, which worked great for me. I finally got rid of winclient32.exe after 2 weeks of trying.
