This file causes no end of problems. I have had to factory reset the computer about 8 times in the last few months. It disables all antivirus software including Defender.

This shit made me realize why should always have an antivirus. I disabled windows defender like an idiot thinking i wont get any malware. And then my pc starts going nuts because of this: cpu overheating, browser incredibly slow, sleep mode not working; i learned the lesson.
I managed to remove everything with Malwarebytes.
