I came upon this wltcore.dll one morning and could not get
rid of it. went through the procedure to disable but would not go away. so i restored my computer backward and worked for a day. I have used system restore from Dec13 back to Dec 9/11 so far....past 4 days. So now I know it is returning and I will be running out of days. How can I get rid of this because I cannot access to get on the internet at all. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
